Music seems to run in his blood because DJ Adlib isn't just another new fellow in the world-wide beatsmith universe. Since 1999 he is part of Cologne's vital music scene. Firstly he been a member of the Noisy Stylus crew, a bunch of scratch loving heads that won turntablist competitions and released a string of albums between 2002 and 2005. Beside been part of a scratch gang he dropped some acclaimed solo EPs on such labels like Danny Breaks imprint Alphabet Zoo and produced beats for such rappers like Dynas from Florida or Sylabil Spill from Germany.
With Haus & Garten he now releases his first full length album jam-packed with magic samples and stirring grooves in all sorts of tempo. Next to thrilling instrumentals there are also moving tracks that feature raps by MC's like Black Spade, Planet Asia, Frank Nitt, or Declaime.
