This year’s first musical appointment is Silent Disco upcoming Friday at the MAXXI National Museum of XXI Century Arts. The project hosts nine DJ crews from Rome's vital clubbing scene. The DJs will rotate on three decks while the audience has the opportunity to choose the set they want to hear to wireless headphones. While wearing them they can walk to the curving forms and spaces of the museum that has been designed by the award-winning Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid. A collective music performance with the purpose to bring club music and art closer together.
