Each Fall/Winter season, Carhartt WIP offers a slew of winter outerwear options, primed to deal with the season’s weather. Styles and silhouettes vary, from classic work jackets to robust puffers, but each one is executed with long-lasting quality and functionality in mind.
There are iconic pieces, such as the Active Jacket and Michigan Coat, which feature hardwearing canvas outer shells, as well as diamond quilt and blanket linings that offer additional warmth in the winter months. These styles appear in both a regular and OG fit. The latter is a little more boxy and oversized in terms of shape.
Additionally, Carhartt WIP also offers liners and fleeces, which can be worn as mid-layers during the winter months, to provide additional protection against harsh temperatures. Staples such as our Prentis Liner feature a heavy polyester fleece, while others, like our Barrow Liner, reference classic military garments.
There’s also the option of skipping liners altogether. Carhartt WIP’s parkas and puffer jackets offer warmth and considerable protection from wind and rain, through the application of storm cuffs, down and feather linings, and water-repellent fabrics. New seasonal iterations of these styles appear in our Fall/Winter collections, complementing classics like the Trapper Parka, which features a faux-fur hood and Cordua fabric detailing.
