It's getting pretty hot in Barcelona. That's why the Club Marabú folks close their raving business until October. The last party of the summer will go down in late July, with Chilean producer and DJ Paul Marmota bringing some "electronic magia" as he would say. For live action, San Francisco’s Bay Area singer La Favi will grab the mic and deliver a wild mix of future reggaeton, trap, R&B and dubstep-ish bass clouds. The line-up is rounded off by Diego Navarro from Valencia, and Barcelona-based Digital Playa. Both will play sci-fi trance dance pop, that some might identify as kitsch, others will call it camp. Whatever you name it, it’s futuristic music with an edge that currently can be only heard at Club Marabú in Catalonia and nowhere else in the country.
