As already announced: during the three-night happening in Cologne, New York's legendary hip hop, post-punk and disco band ESG will introduce their new album What More Can You Take!. Furthermore the Canadian composer, violinist and vocalist Owen Pallett will present his latest, heartbreaking pop longplayer In Conflict. Also singer/songwriter Nite Jewel from Los Angeles, UK post-punk heroes A Certain Ratio, German neo krautrock drifters Von Spar, Brooklyn based pop sensation Sinkane and the Scottish alternative rock band Teenage Fanclub are on the bill amongst others. In addition Jarvis Cocker, singer of the highly respected British pop band Pulp, comes to Cologne, too. Instead of performing music he will play a rare DJ set jam-packed with his personal party favorites. During Saturday night the festival also enters Cologne's infamous night spot Gewölbe. Here the label Huntleys & Palmers, Carhartt WIP Radio hosts of August 2014, presents its artists Auntie Flo, Mehmet Aslan and label head Andrew Thomson.
