Berlin: Come around to KilleKill

In cooperation with Carhartt well-known and unknown DJs give at KilleKill the non-existent jack in hand, no huge line ups, no name dropping, no 10000 Flyer, which nobody wants.
A dignified place for celebrations, but also a venue for special events and opportunities for installations, and ambient listening sessions earlier in the evening, for upcoming DJs and for everything else that brings joy: An open approach.
The January starts on 7.1. with Cylob and his unorthodox mixture between Elektro, Breakbeat and Experimental Techno.You can expect the unexpected because this british guy even covers the famous traditional sea shanty “Drunken Sailor” as an Elektro Version.
One week later at 14.1. The Happy End will get crazy on stage while celebrating a alternative Rock feedback orgy for all of you who love Sonic Youth or early Pavement records. After their concert DJs like Falko Brocksieper kick the straight bassdrum until the sun comes up.
On wednesday 21.1. the munich based riot party grrrl Maral Salmassi enters the decks and plays a wild mix of Nu Wave Disco, Oldschool Hip Hop and Electro. She also brings along her buddy Daniel Dexter who is famous for his rough riding blend of Bastardpop, Punk and Rave.
This month music madness closes on 28.1. with a deep Minimal live perfomance of Alex Tsiridis from Greece. Later on the so called 3 Good Doctors collective, aka Agaric, Ed Davenport and Beaner, play back to back their personal definition of underground House and Techno rhythms.
As everybody who likes to dance knows: wednesday is the little friday so come around and move your hip. Berlin never sleeps!
