Our friend Phil Evans met up with Daniel Grönwall in Stockholm/ Sweden to realise his new idea about doing a panoramic series with illustrated transitions and crazy filters!
Before I get into any of the technicalities of how I did some of the visuals in this edit I’d first and foremost like to give mad props to Daniel Gronwall! He’s a ripper!!!
Not long after I came up with the idea to do a panoramic edit I had contacted Daniel about doing it in Stockholm. As it was late September it was a bit of a gamble weather-wise, but both Daniel and myself had a window of time in which we could do it and we went for it. Its a really great feeling to see a project come to actualisation quite quickly and while the initial inspiration is still there – I hate waiting around and there was none of that!
The weather was not too kind to us but despite this we were up early every single morning scouring the city for dry spots. Daniel was fully motivated the whole time and if it wasn’t for his motivation this project would have never come to fruition. Cheers bro!!!
What’s more he can cook..what a catch!
