Carhartt WIP Store Bikini Berlin - Grand Opening

Located on the first floor of "Bikinihaus", the 172 sq metre store has been designed by architect, Andrea Caputo to reflect the new retail concept established by Carhartt WIP. A clean and simple space, crafted to suit the fifties architecture and surrounding materials with a direct focus on product. The walls are made from zinc, giving the space a contemporary, yet cosy feel.
Following in the footsteps of previous Carhartt WIP Stores, this space will also host some unique pieces of furniture, created by Dutch artist Piet Hein Eek, specifically two military inspired armchairs. The artist's poetic and pragmatic approach of crafting furniture using recycled materials, perfectly matches the WIP attitude of creating unique, smart and modern concepts.
The store will open its doors to the public on Thursday, 3rd April from 1pm-8pm.
