The fourth edition will take place on Friday 7 and Saturday 8 November, across the city of The Hague. Again the organisers have spared no pain to curate an autumn event where all participating musicians come around and try to search for the lost chord. During the first night the mysterious German slow core quartet Bohren & Der Club Of Gore will perform their almost static jazz and metal influenced sound adventures. Furthermore UK-based electronic music producer Lee Gamble will introduce his thrilling new longplayer Koch, recently released on the always good for a surprise label PAN. Another highlight of the first night will be the show of Innervisions' jazz head Henrik Schwarz who will play together with Swizz pianist Nik Bärtsch a unique collaboration between DJ and pianist on two special modificated pianos.
On Saturday nobody less than Border Community founder James Holden will present one of his unforeseeable live shows on the border of dance music and electronic avant-garde. Also the Finish jazz musician Tatu Rönkkö and the Danish band Efterklang will make a live appearance in a special setting to present their latest collaborative liaison. Furthermore a special Hyperdub night takes place where artists such as Inga Copeland, Cooly G and label boss Kode9 will emphasise why Hyperdub music is so unique and touching. In addition Gold Panda from the UK, Swedish loop techno wizard The Field and Canadian Saxophonist Colin Stetson will hit the stage amongst others. For further details visit the festival's website.
