Afresh Munk blends House, Eurodance, Italian Pop, French Chansons, Brasil Funk, and even German dadaism into a unique danceable sound. But instead of singing only by himself this time lot’s of female guest vocalists such as Lou from New Young Pony Club or Clara Cometti from the Paris based Kitsuné camp enrich his spick-and-span tracks.
For the new single Rue de Rome Munk asked the French directors Double Zero to realise a sex & crime short movie in reminiscence to amour fou classics such as Bonnie & Clyde. The duo that is part of Michel Gondry’s, Mr.Oizo’s, and Gaspar Noé‘s famous Parisian production company Partizan shot a very exiting movie with a real surprising finish. Carhartt supported the flick in which coincidentally also one of our stores get mugged. But enough words – just take a look at this thilling tribute to Marseille, the town where Munk lives part time now:
