Fear, Anger, Love - this year's
CTM Festival guarantees again thrilling radical forms of musical expression and dissonant emotions. Between January the 20th and February 5th CTM will feature music that longs from hip hop, dubstep and grime to house, techno, drone, ambient, noise and industrial dancehall - all tuned in at the edgy border of each genre. The shows will take place around Berlin in venues like
Heimathafen Neukölln. On the bill are miscellaneous artists such as Norwegian producer

King Britt or dub, industrial hip hop, dancehall and dubstep wizard
The Bug amongst others. Beside music there will be several art
installations and an
exhibition on the history and current state of electronic music and sound art in Mexico.
Carhartt WIP proudly presents a night in the name of futuristic hip hop and bass culture. On Saturday the 4th the London's charismatic, quick-witted female rapper Nadia Rose will perform her sexy UK bass hip hop hybrid live. In addition, rebellious Vancouver based underground rap queen Tommy Genesis, Palestinian rapper Muqata'a, New York City's bass hybrid producer LSDXOXO, female, Israeli dancehall MC Miss Red and spliced-up, dubstatic bass musician Shins-K will perform at club Yaam.
To celebrate this years CTM Festival right from the start, we host an in-store event with Norwegian selector and producer Charlotte Bendiks and Berlin based house and beyond DJ Jan-Paul Anders at our Berlin Mitte Store on Friday the 20th of January.
