Yes - the city of Cologne is quite often around here. But sometimes there is no getting round it.This time we want to wish the good old Groove Attack record store a happy 20th anniversary.

Since two decades the Groove Attack record store provides Cologne with all sorts of sounds and rhythms. It's been responsible for the rise of HipHop in Germany. It's been responsible for the rise of Drum and Bass too. And it's been a good companion for us and all those folks who seek for music beyond the normal - rather it be House, Soul, Funk, Jazz, Folk, Disco, or whatever you name it.

Now the vinyl loving folks behind the store celebrate the 20th jubilee with a bash at the famous dive bar Stecken. The mighty James Pants and the mysterious DJ Schneider - well known by all those who hang out at the store regulary - will host the party and give all night crawlers a ride with all sorts of styles. The event will fly on Santa Claus day - the right time to psych out!
