Brussels: bass-heavy housewarming party

To celebrate their new residency in Brussels, the Freaks & Geeks DJ trio asked the British producer Roska to join them at the housewarming party.

Kid Strike, DJ Slow, and Kwistax aka Freaks & Geeks (picture above) take over the decks at Brussels new club La Fabbrica. For the first night at their new residency they invited with Roska one of the upcoming new producer and DJ talents from Great Britain.

In last year he got famous through his show at the pirate radio station RinseFM. In a couple of month also his first longplayer will hit the record stores. In Brussel the boy from London now give a little foretaste of how the album will sound, while playing his bass-heavy House trademark, highlighted by syncopated drum beats and upfront percussion rhythms.

  • Exclusively and very personal: Carhartt Radio isn't just another DJ mix! Personally the creators themselves will broadcast selected music and individual shows. Label owners, DJs and artists will play, perform and talk about their own music and their backgrounds. That's the intimate amateur view, brought by pros.

Versatility is the buzzword — from bubble-bath-soul to technical death metal, from booty beats to nerdy hip hop from girl-pop to eclectic dubstep. The labels and artists involved in this project will represent their own genre in the stream and show the diversity of the musical world we live in.
