Store manager (m/f)
On 1st of September 2010 we will open our new outlet store near Berlin (Potsdam)/Germany.
Presently we are in search of candidates as:
Store manager (m/f)
Activities:
• Responsibility for all store business operations (stock, customer service, staff and other issues)
• Budget control and responsibility to keep to the budget
• Reviewing and securing the required level of profitability
• Recruiting, training and developing staff
• Customer service and sales conversation
• Responsibility for taking Inventory
Skills:
• Commercial training in textile environment
• Work experience as Outlet/Store manager or assistant manager in textile environment
• Computer literacy und knowledge in Navision (ERP)/Futura
• MS-Office knowledge
• Communication skills

Visual Merchandiser (m/f)
Carhartt operates 38 Stores in Europe. Currently we´re looking for our HQ in Basel/ Weil am Rhein for a Visual Merchandiser (m/f)
Your primary duties:
• supervision and enhancement of our general store merchandising
• conceptual design of shop windows
• periodic store visits
• monitoring of seasonal POS Materials within our stores
• Further development of our VM guideline for the Carhartt retail in Europe.
Your profile:
• Degree in visual merchandising, retail or related field
• Work experience in retail
• Strong ability to communicate
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of MS-Office
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
